Alfred Vaughan of Quesnel, B.C., was the Cariboo representative for the federal Department of Immigration and Colonization.

SCOPE AND CONTENT:
The fonds consists of a copy of the Chinese Immigration Act (1923); applications for citizenship and other related documents, submitted by a number of Chinese residents who were living in Quesnel and area; incoming and outgoing correspondence; receipts; and two photographs.
